This was my first experience with The Body Shop, and it was great! The insurance company of the individual at fault for the accident was very slow in responding and taking care of the claim. Michelle was fantastic to work with, and was willing to make calls to the insurance company as well as I was. She made what was a bad situation into a much, much better situation. And when the go ahead was given for them to fix my truck, it only took two days so the turnaround was great! They made my 11 year old truck brand new again! I will definitely recommend them to others and go back again!
