Other dealerships should take a page out of Fowler Toyota's book. From Jose my salesman to the Manager Jay and finally John in Finance I could not have been happier. No pressure, great environment and straight forward. No one tried to pull the wool over my eyes on any part of the deal. I probably could have gotten a little better deal but I was happy with what I got and don't mind paying a couple extra dollars. I called before I came and told them that any deal would be contingent on what they would give for my trade. They told me to ask for the manger as soon as I pull up and they will take care of me. That is just what they did, I had a trade offer w/in 20 minutes and had a truck picked out. I had to come back the next day due to other obligations. The next morning before I came back I was called and offered more for my trade w/o even haggling. This was something I never experienced and was surprised. Was this just my lucky day? Not sure, but I do hope everyone can enjoy the car buying experience like i did no matter the deal.
