For the first time ever I was not happy with my experience at Veda. After my stylist talked up how important using a specific conditioner was for keeping the color longer, I found out that the salon was out of the conditioner and it wasn't going to be used on my hair. I was pretty amazed and disappointed that I couldn't have the conditioner that is usually used on my hair. So my stylist said I didn't need it. Honestly, after spending nearly $300 on my hair that day I am disappointed to say the least. I will be looking for another salon who does not run out of products after telling clients they need it.
