There was absolutely no one there the day i came in, i came to buy a few things, then decided i would try either my nails or a facial,decided to go with nails ( french manicure). The two girls upstairs desk, forgot i was there and i waited 20 minutes, when i finally went to desk one girl said " omg i am so sorry, i forgot" so she went to find the girl who did my nails and came back saying she would be here in a few minutes. It was another 15 minutes. Then once i went back to have my nails done,i was told the polish was state of the art and would last up to 3 weeks. It lasted 4 days. I was very unhappy with check in and felt the 2 girls at the desk did nothng but visit with each other. Not a good experience. Sorry.
