I had an appt at 1:00 and was texted multiple times that my appt was confirmed. After I checked in, I waited for 25 minutes and then a woman told me that the girl I schedule with went home sick earlier and someone would be with me shortly. I waited until 2:10. It then took over 4.5 hours to put foils in my hair. I just wish someone would have told me my original appt had been changed and that foils take that long! I loved how my hair turned out and my stylist was very sweet.
