Sean Black was referred from a friend. I checked out ServiceMagic reviews which were excellent but still, it is difficult to find someone you feel does NOT rip you off these days. Sean was fair, reasonably priced and a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgable, thorough in explaining the process and stuck to his word. Very impressed - do not get fooled by the big outfits - this guy would win every time.
