I called in on Monday to schedule an appointment for a service I didn't know the name of. I spoke with the front desk and said that I wanted a conditioning treatment that would help to bring the shine up in my color. She said that sounds like a gloss. I asked a few questions and we scheduled the appointment. What I thought I was getting was the Keratin treatment. A treatment that is substantially longer lasting and more expensive. I do wish that I had gotten this because the gloss isn't that great. I also was told about a product that they were using on my hair... a Keratin spray. When I left to pay, no one brought it out for me to purchase and I left and forgot about it. I certainly would have purchased the products if they had introduced them to me.
