Misrepresent minor damage (less than $1000) turned out the whole front had been crashed. Way over $1000, and had to pay for other repairs as a result that cropped up soon after. Warranty they sold was useless and should have paid for warped oil pan. Never paid a dime or followed up to resolve with us. No good faith if problem. Left hanging. Also said all work & maintenance done to BMW standards. Shop that did repairs of the repairs says no. Had green coolant vs. BMW blue. First sign when coolant light went on soon after buying.
