First time shopping for eyeglasses was fun. Jennifer greeted me with a warm smile. Samantha offered helpful insights. And Cynthia, well Cynthia was a total pro and a delightful conversationalist. It took me nearly two hours to go from start to finish on one pair of glasses and one pair of sun glasses, but it was never laborious. Cynthia gave me her total attention. Unlike anywhere else I've ever been (and I've lived in three cities around the country and have been wearing glasses since I was a child) I didn't have to troll for frames on my own. She offered me a seat then pulled several frames for me to consider. It was classic customer service. She explained everything in useful detail, presented options and was patient with my decision-making process. All three were exceptionally knowledgeable as well as witty and engaging. The atmosphere was unrushed and relaxing. They carry easily the most varied and interesting array of frames I've seen in any one shop: very nice sophisticated, stylish and unusual designs as well as all the basics. Decent discounts helped though and I left feeling like I'd already received great value, and I don't even have my glasses yet. I may have to buy a third pair of glasses just to have an excuse to go back and visit the unusually charming and professional staff. They are the exact opposite of what you usually find among "service" retailers.
