I should have known that a low price meant trouble. Had my father picked up from hospice in Austin, and thought the price was too good to be true.
I live in San Antonio and called these people to make an appointment. They told me I had to do the paperwork online--what?
They we had planned a service for a few days later the answer was it will be a few weeks until we get to your father. We were told if we wanted something sooner we needed to 'go somewhere else'. Why could they not help us to get this resolved?
It just seemed very unprofessional and we eventually had our father moved to another funeral home.
It was not something that we wanted during this time of stress, and if I had to do it over I would not consider this place again.
Then, I was looking at reviews in San Antonio where I live, and sure enough these same guys showed up under the name Cremation San Antonio with the exact same reviews posted here! Meaning, they are posting the same reviews under different names and dates--very unprofessional.
Make sure to look into these people.
