Valley Lakes Veterinary Clinic - Dr. Hartman, Tara and Valarie are some of the most caring people you will ever meet. I recommend Dr. Hartman to everyone I know. I trust him with my pets implicitly. My pets are my children and Dr. Hartman understands that. Two of my pets have medical issues and Dr. Harman always has time to discuss them with me. He was extremely patient with me when I learned about my cat being in renal failure.He took the time to explain what it meant and waited for me to collect myself and ask questions while being extremely emotional. It was almost as if he allotted the time because he knew the discussion would be lengthy - I never felt rushed or burdensome. I knew I would never change vets after our first or second visit. I called the office late after hours and left a message. I was concerned about one of my pets and asked him to call me the next day when he had a moment. He called me back that night.
