AC 4 life was very professional and a very good company to buy from. However, customers must understand that they will provide only very limited support after the sale. My system was professionally installed but developed a chatter in the fan soon after installation. Since I didn't buy the system from my local HVHC company they would not troubleshoot. When I called AC 4 Life, I was told that I would have to pay my local HVAC dealer for service and take up any warranty parts issues with Mitsubishi. I saved money not buying directly from my local dealer, but am now holding the bag to determine the problem with the system and to effect repairs. One of the downsides of buying online.
