I brought my Suzuki Maurauder in this summer because my battery kept dying (battery was only about a year old). While it was in the shop I also had a new tire put on, and had the break fluid changed. Cycle Tech supposedly diagnosed the problem and said that I needed a voltage regulator (approx. $190 + labor). After all the work was done I drove it home and then took the bike to work a few days later. When I stopped to get gas, the bike wouldn't start. The battery was dead again! I was not too far from the shop so it was nice when Joe brought out a battery for me to borrow to at least get to work. I brought the bike back to Cycle Tech again and after approx. 3 more weeks in the shop to diagnose the true problem...yes, 3 weeks...they finally figured out that all I needed was a new battery. Overall, my bike was in their possession for approx. 1 month! I spent several hundred dollars on parts/repairs. I probably didn't need the voltage regulator. The difficult thing to understan
