The staff is poor at handling insurance and patient needs. It takes at least 15 min or more in the waiting room, then another 15 minutes in the exam room. Don't bother being on time since it is not a concern of theirs. The Doctors are nice but do not have the time to understand your full concerns, just in and out. I was with the practice for over 25 years, left this year.
