Dr. Faber was good to us when we took our newborn to him a couple of times. They always would say to us....call if you have any questions anytime of the day or night. When my 2 month old felt feverish and was congested, I called early on a Tuesday morning to see what I needed to do. A nurse had called back and said....""You called, what did you want?"" I told her the baby's symptoms and she said....""prop her up in her crib at night"" and hung the phone up. She didn't say goodbye or ask if I had any questions. This is my first child and she was so new at the time, I didn't want to take any chances but this woman who called me back did nothing to ease my mind. In fact, she upset me even more than I already was. They act as though they are being pestered. I was only doing what they told me...calling with any questions. It's a shame no one really helped.
