The service was prompt. Casey was our tech and he was here within an hour which was great. Having your AC out in Sept is no joke in Dallas. He said it was the controller board on our furnace which is the only thing that had not been replaced in the last 3 years. He did manage to bypass it and just have the fan go continuously so we could have AC while we wait for them to give us an estimate on the cost to repair the system. This cost us approx 100.00 including the service call. The place where they lose points from me is the fact that his was the last we heard from them. No estimate has been received on the cost to do the repair. So we will have to now shop it with other repair shops and get an estimate to repair it for real and not just a "patch repair" that we got from One Hour. I appreciate that we get to shop in AC, but it would have been nice to have them follow up as they should have.
