My bedroom carpeting had ripples and was lose. I had no idea that the matting that had been used had imperfections which was causing some of the problem. They showed up on time, replaced the bad patchs of matting and stretched my carpeting to where it looks as good a new. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.
