I have a puppy who chewed about a foot square hole in my carpet while I was at work. I was super distressed about how to fix it without anybody noticing the damage. I googled pet carpet repair and these guys popped up first. I called and within an hour heard back and had an appointment set. They showed up on time and the work was finished in about 45 minutes and awfully reasonable. I even got a coupon in case it happens again or I need my carpets cleaned.
