Three hours before we were all supposed to be picked up, Bucks County Trolley Co. called the bride to inform her that they were canceling. They stated that the weather was too bad for them to take a chance, but they were calling for snow for several days and never once mentioned that the trolley could not drive in rain or light snow. We were supposed to have the trolley take the entire wedding party to the destination where photos would be taken and then onto the mansion where the wedding was and then to provide shuttle service back and forth from the hotel to the mansion for guests. This company had the groom's number and parent's phone numbers but instead called the bride while she was in the middle of having her hair and make up done. They never bothered to try and help arrange an alternative for our party. I would absolutely never use this company. The weather forecast for days called for rain and light snow and they never mentioned until hours before the wedding that they could possibly not be able to drive. \r

After scrambling around, London Limo in Philly came to the rescue by providing a limo bus. They and other companies informed us that a trolley could have safely driven in the weather conditions we had and it was total BS that they canceled. \r

I would not trust this company. My bff better get her money back!
