Phone and Counter personnel are very polite and courteous. Technicians appear to be proficient. I just had work done on my wives car. The repair is holding up and appears to have corrected her issue. My interaction with this shop was positive and I plan to bring my car into them for repairs that it needs. Plus they offered me a military discount. Thanks for supporting your troops =)
