Advanced Metal Roofing installed my father's roof at his house. There were other issues that had to be resolved before they could do the roof. They helped us with those issues. We had an old back porch and it was put on after the fact, so the original roof was attached to it in such a way that it needed to come down too. They had a solution and made suggestions of how to make it work for us. They even helped us to find a contractor for the porch prior to putting on the roof. We ended up with a new porch and a new roof that covered the porch too. It really has increased the aesthetic value of the house.
The timing they gave us, the schedule, was spot on in terms of how quickly they got it all done. They were in and out in no time, and stayed on schedule. They cleaned up behind themselves, even used a huge magnetic machine to pick up the nails from the old roof. They were very clean and timely! And everything was done at the price they quoted me. This was a great experience.
