James from Alamo Door & Awning was already waiting in my driveway when I got home. He was prompt and on time. He did not beat around the bush: he detected the problem right away and told me what it was. He seemed to be upfront. There was no part required so he fixed the problem.
I thought the rate was a little pricey but I appreciated his honesty. The central reservation system at Alamo Door & Awning was very cooperative with me. They told me a two-hour time window where the service person would come. One hour later however, I had a schedule conflict so I called them back and Alamo Door & Awning was very accommodating and gave me another time window. My experience with Alamo Door & Awning was excellent!
