This is the best hair experience I have ever had! As you enter the salon it is warm, clean and inviting. The entire staff is friendly, well-spoken, and informative. I have had many terrible experiences with my hair. The natural texture is a very tight curl. It is very thick and every other salon I have been to has made me feel like there is something wrong with it or its too much work for them. There have been several times that I have even been charged extra due to the texture of my hair! All of my hair shame ended once I let the ALTernative team take over. My hair is soft bouncy and very healthy. I will not let anyone else touch my hair. Thanks to everyone at the salon especially the owner Anika...she helped me understand that my BLACK IS BEAUTIFUL and I can never thank her enough.
