I've tried a few Thai places in Ridgewood, and I have to say that Ridge Thai is by far my favorite. The chicken satay skewers are fantastic as well as the pad thai noodles. I once ventured into coconut fish territory - the dish said it was spicy - and they were not kidding! I think I drank a gallon of water during that meal. The restaurant is a little small, but the food is worth it. Although, I do usually get take-out to avoid the close proximity of other diners. Food is great whether you eat in or out.
