Don't go here. I bought a CPO Acura few years back. Bought an extended service package. The battery has died twice in my car for no apparent reason. The so called service rep was only interested in telling why it is normal in Texas heat for batteries to die in a year and why i will have to pay for the replacement because battery is not covered in the warranty.
The manager, Raj Cheddie, was no better. Basically just lip service. Compared to Lexus customer service, these guys are pathetic. I like Acura cars but with such deceptive sales practices and sub-par dealership experience, my next car will be something other than Acura and in the mean time, I would rather go to a no-name mechanic than this dealership because basically they both will offer the same service. At least, I am expecting such treatment at a non-Acura service station.
