Home improvment - Floorings I contracted Big Cover Up to refinish my hardwood floors. My experience with the owner and company was amazing! From start to finish Dennis explained each of the different stages in refinishing hardwood floors. I was struggling with how to finish it and he supplied me with great samples of stain colors and finishes to help me decide. It came out beautiful and there is not a rough spot to be found!! He is now back for phase two, tearing up carpets and refinishing the hardwood floors in the three upstairs bedrooms.
