I've been a customer with this company for several years and have never had a compliant. They are thorough and respond immediately if there is a problem. I live out in the woods and don't have any problems with insects in my home. I don't even have spiders building webs under the eaves anymore. This is a top notch company if you need help keeping pests at bay and their contract price is very reasonable.
