Miguel responds to our service calls right away. There is never a time when we cannot get a hold of him, and he comes to the site right away, and if not he is there the next day. He always works around our schedules and our tenants' schedules. He is an excellent contractor, an excellent person, he provides good service, and the quality of his work excellent.
