tree fell, hired sanders to replace propane line and move and return solar panels so roof could be replaced.
total work to be around 2k but ended out billing significantly more and refusing to finish job without another $1,500 up front after my paying $750 and their taking over 60 ft of copper pipe.
Had to pay $1,950 to repair the damage and repair leaking propane under home.
Found then Sanders had no permits and in fact no license to do gas lines.
Before doing work with them or using a commendation from another customer, make sure that customer had a permit and inspection....there work is horrible and could have resulted in a fatality!
Still no detailed bill from them to provide to my insurance carrier!
