My family has been using Faigle's for generations. They were the only jeweler my Grandfather would trust his things too. My mother had a very old unique ring appraised and we were treated wonderfully. When my fiance proposed to me with his great great grandmothers ring, of course it didn't fit and the only jeweler I was going to trust was Faigle's. When we got home from the engagement vacations I had dinner with my now fiances parents and I explained that I would also be getting the ring appraised to add to my home owners insurance (which your standard insurance DOES NOT cover Jewelry) they then in turn gave me all of the other 5 rings that were my fiances. I knew they all needed to be cleaned, and appraised for safe keeping. Julie was wonderful! she resized all the rings, had them all appraised, even let us know about the plating my gold ring to look platinum. Julie is wonderful we have already picked out my fiances ring and we will begin working on mine soon. They have also insured my twin sisters engagement ring and fixed it for her. They are wonderful. My best friend was also very impressed when they took her yellow gold wedding setting and made it look brand new with the platinum look for FREE just so she could see what it looked like!! they are wonderful and you will not find a jewelry company out there like them. I know my future generations will use them also!!
