How hard can it be? I ordered angel hair with marinara sauce. It came swimming in water. I asked to have it drained. It came back exactly the same. I asked again to have it drained. It came back again no change, only this time a manager brought it. I gave up, just leave it. She left it and came back with a huge bowl of pasta, and a bowl of sauce and explained that the water obviously wasn't from the pasta, it was the sauce. Oh now I get it, the sauce is watery! And this made it ok, because the sauce was watery. How about this - try cooking it longer! Just a thought. I would order a pizza, or baked dish - just stay away from the pasta unless you like a lot of water in your dish that they can't get rid of.
