We purchased a propane fireplace unit from Stock Builders when building our home 5 years ago. Within the first year they had to come and repair the blower. Since then over the period of 4 years we have had them back 2 or three times to fix it. This last time it took them 3 times and over 2 weeks before fixing it correctly. While working on it, they found a switch which was found laying next to the unit that wasn't properly installed which would have allowed us to turn the blower up and down. To no avail, the logs have been arranged and re-arranged to prevent black soot on the back of our house. While they recieve an A for trying, I give them an F for the results and could not in good faith refer them. Ruby
