I have 9 properties they manage for me in the Charleston area (Summerville). I have used them for the last 5 years. I have visited their office on several occasions and they have always treated me well. The check arrives consistently on or about the same date each month, can not say that with all of the managers. As with all things in real estate nothing goes perfect all the time. I deal with probably a dozen different property managers ans they are definitely in the top echelon. I think you will do with them.
