Being new to the area I found the Appliance Clinic on line for repair of our stove door. I received a call from the company with a 2 hour time frame that their technician was to show up the following day. Within that time frame I got a call from Steve, the technician, saying he would be at the home within 1/2 hour. He arrived and went straight to it and had the oven door repaired as good as new. He tested the oven to assure that everything was working correctly and then stated the charge would only be for the service call and as long as he was there he would look at our other appliances if there were any issues of concern. I asked him a question about our washing machine and he gave me valuable information that answered my concerns. There was no additonal charge. Steve stated he had been with the company 30+ years and was friendly, timely and courteous. He gained a new customer and I would recommend their shop to anyone! Great Job!!!
