This is the most unhelpful, unprofessional group of people I have ever had to deal with. I had to have my refrigerator fixed. Under my warranty they came to my home. The first guy that came in to diagnose the problem explained that a computer panel would need to be replaced. They were going to order the part and it should be in within the next 1-2 weeks. Three weeks later I had to call the company to find out what was going on. They explained that the part was back ordered but they will have it in within the next 3 weeks. I waited until a week past when it was supposed to be in and called again to find out what was going on. This time I was told that they just located the part and it will be in within the next week. Again no phone calls were made and still no part. Finally 3 1/2 months later the part comes in and the guys come to fix the fridge. Which by the way I was only called the morning of to be informed what time they might be coming at. The guys came and spent two hours installing a water valve, which to everyone's surprise didn't fix the problem. Why the computer panel was not order could not be explained to me. So again I wait for the part. I was told multiple times the part would be in, and those times have come and gone. Now another 3 weeks later, I am told they do not know where the part is or when it is going to be in. When speaking with this company they are rude and unprofessional. They only got 1 star because you have to give something. Your crazy if you even consider using this company!
