they are rude on the phone, the owner claims collateral isn't always needed this is a lie. i personally know them and have heard the things said once they hang up. they also state fast service this also isn't true, they argue over which child of thiers to bounce it to and if they're at dinner or an activity they tell you they're too busy and make you wait while they spend the money you give on thier leisures. these are horrible people. GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE!
