The Sour Braten they served last weekend was the best I have had EVER! The wait was a bit long because they were busy however the most gracious server Ingrid kept us supplied with fresh bread and Iced tea for me, beer for better half...I am wondering when they will be having the Rouladen again! When we asked for samples of a couple of the sides--sour kraut and spaetzle (sic?) we were given immediately and not charged. The owner even came by to visit our table--what a great family place to go! We recommend to anyone to try and go back again and again!!
