Like the other two messages STAY AWAY! This park just recently implemented nazi tacticts with security guards with tazers and dogs roaming the street at night asking for identification. After a month of asking what happened to warrant this, no response. I think its to raise the rent again. If you can afford to move here you should be able to buy a real house, dont get trapped like me,been here 20 years and this place will not give reference and no credit bureau reporting. And about the water I work as a mechanic and I am covered in grease/oil/dirt and waiting for the fn water to come on! REALLY WISH I COULD GET OUT!
