This was my first experience with Family Auto Service, and it will definitely not be my last.
I took the car in for an oil change and to investigate a noise. Steve called me later in the day to explain that I had a serious issue with the engine bolts in my 2003 Toyota.
He took the time to explain in detail the situation and my options.
His team spent 2 days trying to resolve the issue, but sadly was unable to fix it. The problem was due to the situation with the car, not anything to do with the quality of the work put forth.
He again took the time to explain the situation and offered me a couple of options.
As he was unable to fix the car, Steve went the extra mile by reducing the cost of the work that was done.
This was something totally unexpected, and greatly appreciated.
Steve and his mechanics are very open and willing to share information about the work they perform.
My only regret is that I didn't find this repair shop years ago.
I look forward to taking advantage of his service in the future.
