I purchased a sadan about 1-yr ago. The sales man was not helpful, nor would he negotiate on the high-end of the Kelly bluebook sticker price. I purchased the car with cash anyway and then had an issue with the car within the first week. When I called in for a repair, I was told the sales man no longer worked there. The car was fixed but the mechanic (owner) made some additional maintenance that I did not ask for. When questioned about the unwanted repairs, the owner was rude and degrading. I will never deal with these PLATTS motors again. I was lookign fwrd to having a good relationship with a dealer that says they are a family oriented business, but they are just like the rest. Greedy and disrespectful to their clients that give them their hard earned money.
