My husband and I have always been pleased with the service we have received with 72 degrees. This past summer when it was so hot, our unit was not working properly. We were afraid that we were going to have to wait until Monday before someone came out. They came out that Friday night! We did not have to spend one night in the awful heat. This customer service that we received has made us so glad we chose them when we were pricing a new unit. They are always super nice when they come out and they don't leave until the job is completed to our satisfaction. We love them!
