I took my computer to this store and the girl at the counter had a technician look at it while I waited in the lobby. They could have lied to me because I don't know anything about computers, but he explained what was wrong and how it probably happened. I picked up my computer the next day and was very happy. They even showed me how to not have this happen again. The price was reasonable but thier honesty was great! I am hooked.
