I was a little worried about moving here due to reading negative reviews online about management and it being a ""party"" house for students. I went to visit the property anyway, with an open mind. When I arrived the staff was very friendly and inviting. After, touring the property I was suprised to find it was very quiet and clean. Before I leased, I expressed my concerns to the manager and assistant manager about the negative reviews I read and they informed me there was recently a change in management and there have been alot of positive changes made around the property. I moved in last month and I am happy to report I have nothing but great things to say about Shelby! I am really looking forward to living here for the next year.
