Overall very good Gen e was great at going over the features of the stove that I purchased. David that installed it was great ontime explained again the clean out process and the importance to keep certain parts clean. The only bad part was when i WENT IN TO buy the battery backup I was charded twenty dollars more than the posted price due to price increase. He asked gene if they had it in stock and he said they had two left. I understand to go with replacment cost to maintain margins but it was posted on the shelp at the lower price, it just left me with a bad taste in my mouth, one because the salesman went on with the transaction like to bad no real explaining. overall very good very happy with the stove and the level of service that I recieved at install good job look forward to furute business in the years to come. Going to put a unit in my workshop and will purchase the stove from Fireside. Good job keep up the good work.
