Overall the service is terrible and my impression is that most of the staff are very lazy. There are a few shining stars in the mix, but most don't understand customer service.
Though the service is bad the selection of clothes is good and the prices are fair - though they seem to be rising.
Ultimately we continue to shop here, but if the service does not start to improve then we're done.
