I called up Aviv Moving and Storage and they confirmed the date/time that we had put up to them according to our convenience. . However we ended up having to change the date/time so I called the sales rep again and he was able to accommodate our request even though it was a holiday weekend. Our crew showed up on time . They were efficient, friendly & careful with our belongings. My only concern was that due to some reason they did not accept payment thru card on that day and I had to arrange for a cashier
