I called and wanted to speak to a manager about a complaint with something that was broken on my jewelry. I just wanted to ask how it happen and if they could fix because it broke while they had it. I was told before I got done speaking that the manager was not in and then promptly hung up on. Needless to say my grandmothers broche is destroyed and instead of saving the piece of gold that broke off and the small amount of diamonds that are lost they said it wasnt them and now It cannot be replaced.
