Child Care Network in Fairview is under new management as of August 1st. Any issues have been resolved with management and the center is now a five star rated high quality child care center. Also, this center, along with three others in Buncombe County are now operated by Child Care Network not Little Beaver. This particular center has seen its enrollment double and it quality standards go to a five star level.
