I was very pleasantly surprised and impressed by the service my wife and I received. My agent Mae Ann was very good about getting back to us in a timely manner (which a lot of real estate agents DON'T do). Before I was very against using an agent because of the comission expense, but then she explained that working with an agent as a buyer is free. Yep FREE. I guess I never realized that the seller pays the commission, so I got all her help for free. I'm never not going to use a real estate agent again, and when I do use one, it will definately be an agent from Prudential Don Johnson.
