I had a very similar experience to TSEY. Only instead of me placing a call I received a call from a very angry woman. She informed me that this was my final notice and that if they did not have their money by the following day my account would be sent to collections. Mind you this was one day before Memorial Day weekend.
Also, this was my first contact with the company. I was told that they were the only garbage pickup company in my village and that there was some form of $500 fee for trying to bring someone else in.
Overall the woman made me feel trapped and that she didn't need to treat me as a customer because I had no other options. All in all terrible customer service
